I always consider myself as a person who loves music just a little too much.  So i got my inner peace when i could express myself and let the rhythm come out inside of me.

Today showed me that Im way more capable playing the rhythm not looking what the leader is doing, but listening and feeling the consept. Also our storyteller was a great example how to lead a group.

I must admit though that I very much enjoyed today’s session. What I learnt is that it is basically about following your senses and at the same time turning your brain off.
