By nature I'm a planner and manage my time very well--this is how I'm able to juggle multiple projects and how I've been able to achieve goals; however--in doing so, I don't want to overlook the wealth of what my team brings to the table in order to reach a vision I created in isolation. I think this means I want to better learn how to set a vision with my team

I really need to work on being the one that talks the least.
