So we carried out an informal potluck activity during class of Nutrition and Health. The students had to bring their staple diet and talk about pros and cons of it. Having large number of students coming from different background and locations we had large number of food to taste and talk about. Along with enjoying tasting the food, there was an interesting session which unfolded information about climate in which typical vegetation is seen, how does it affects physique and health of people, what is the cultural importance of food, different combinations of food taken around different places.
