         <title>DAY 1 (17 July 2017)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my first day here at Flora Place Hotel and I have so much things to do. The Human Resource (HR) department bring me for a short tour around the hotel before assigning me with some work.<br><br>My first department is the housekeeping department. A short morning briefing been given my supervisor and I am excited to start on my job! I was given a list of work to carry up for a week worth! for this entire week, my task is to learn all everything in the housekeeping department (as to take all the today's check out and in guests room using walkie-talkie).<br><br>Today, I learned how to connected between the department especially the front desk and the housekeeping using walkie-talkie and basic codes that are used to keep track.<br><br>P/S: here is the picture on my first day doing checklist for towel, pillow, and bed sheets.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>DAY 2 (18 JULY 2017)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my second day here at Flora Place Hotel and I was assigned to the housekeeping in every each of the rooms that need to be tidy up. <br><br>I was given a checklist paper which contains row and column with every type of rooms names and I need to recorded it down for each of the room that bed been tidy up. For, I need to make sure that there are enough bath towel and hand towel in every for each the room. The bed sheet, blanket and pillow are provided and change if needed. For the mini bar the mineral water should be provided. And other things, such as the ashray, tray, hanger, cup, spoon, plate, sugar tray, and floor mat must be included in each of the room. Besides that, I also need to check whether the electrical equipment such as the aircond, main lamp, table lamp, and freezer are all well functioning.<br><br>Today, I learned how to do record in the housekeeping checklist by using observation in order to meet the customer need.<br><br>P/S: Here is the picture of me to do the housekeeping daily routine. Make sure all the stuff that needed by the guests in the room is ready.</div>]]></description>

         <title>DAY 3 (19 JULY 2017)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my third day here at Flora Place Hotel and I was teach how to tidy up each of the room after been occupied by the guest.<br><br>The process of tidying up room start with the bedding where we change the bed and pillow sheet. Then we move to the desk. The desk where we need to make sure that we need to make sure that the coffee making set are complete with the nescafe stick, coffee mate, sugar and tea. Besides that, the mineral water and facial tissues also need to be provided on the desk. The desk, table or any surface with dust or dirt also need to be clean up. And on the bedside table also need to contain a piece of paper and pencil in order for guest to write any complain and suggestion to the hotel. Lastly, room needed to vacuum and mop.<br><br>Today, I learned on how to tidy up every room by following the procedure of the hotel.<br><br>P/S: here is the picture of me doing the bedding in one of family deluxe room.</div>]]></description>

         <title>DAY 4 (20 JULY 2017)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my fourth day here at Flora Place Hotel and I was teach on how to rearrange the items on the desk and in the tray in every each of the room as the arrangement for each room are different.</div><div><br></div><div>My supervisor bring me to each of the rooms and explain briefly on how to rearrange the items on the desk and in the tray in every each of the five different rooms. Every table must provided with a facial tissues and for the tray it must contain a coffee making set such as the nescafe stick, coffeemate, sugar and tea. The tray also must provided with a mineral water, glass, cup, plate and spoon. Every room have different arrangement and quantity of items to be places as it depend on the room type.<br><br></div><div>For today, I learned how to rearrange the items on the desk and in the tray the right way in order to give comfort to the guests.<br><br></div><div>P/S: here is the picture of me rearranging the items in one of the family deluxe room.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my fifth day here at Flora Place Hotel and I was teach on how to tidy up each bathroom after been occupied by guest.<br><br></div><div>The process of tidying up bathroom start with making sure that there are enough toiletries provided such as the shower cap, shampoo, soap, sanitary bag, and toilet tissue. The shower area need to be clean and dry up, same goes to the sink, mirror and toilet bowl.<br><br></div><div>Today, I learned how to tidy up every bathroom by following the procedure of the hotel.<br><br></div><div>P/S: here is the picture of me in the process tidying up the bathroom in the room.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my sixth day here at Flora Place Hotel and I was assigned to the kitchen department.<br><br>The kitchen department is my second department. A short morning briefing been given by my supervisor. I was given a list of work to carry up for the rest of the day lest. For the rest of day left, my task is to learn everything about the kitchen department as to take order from customer through room service, preparing dishes for breakfast and tidying up anything as needed.<br><br>Today, I learned how to prepare morning breakfast for the guest.<br><br>P/S: here is the picture of the arranging some plate, fork, and spoon for guest in the morning at the cafe hotel.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my seventh day here at Flora Place Hotel and I was assigned to tidy up the cafe after morning session.<br><br>Usually, after a morning session there will be a lot of equipment that need to be clean. All those plate, fork, spoon and other equipment need to be wash up with some dish washer using a sponge. Then, those equipment need to be wipe dry with a clean white cloth and leave it to dry.<br><br>Today, I learned how to tidy up the equipment in the kitchen after a morning breakfast.<br><br>P/S: here is the picture of me cleaning some plate, fork and spoon for guest in the morning at the hotel cafe.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Assalamualaikum Madam ;)<br>How are you? I love doing my job! hihihi<br><br>Today is my eight day here at the same place which is at Flora Place Hotel. For today, I learned how to clean kitchen properly. After the chef is done cook, the kitchen area need to be cleaned immediately. I will wipe around the kitchen to clean dirt. Dirt such as spilled oil or spilled food should be wipe by using detergent. If the dirt is not washed immediately, the dirt will be sticky and hard to clean.<br><br>Utensils also need to cleaned. The place of cooking need to wiped with a clean towel. After the cooking process is complete, the kitchen floor should be swept and dipped.<br><br>P/S: here is the picture of me during cleaning the kitchen.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello Madam Harneedah ;)<br><br>Today is my second last day here at the same place which is at Flora Place Hotel. I have learned more to tidying up the rooms. After I do a bed making which is change the bed pillow sheet, I move to the desk where we need to make sure that the coffee making set are complete. In a tray, it should have all the stuff that I had mention in day 3 and day 4 above.<br> <br> After a room was cleaned, the room need to vacuum and mop. Every room should always be clean from dust and dirt. And before we do a tidying up the room, all window should be open.<br> <br> P/S: here is the picture of me during vacuum the room.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hye madam ;)<br><br>Seriously too fast time flies, today is my last day here at Flora Place Hotel. I was so happy because I have been able to complete my SIEP 3 for 10 days at here.<br> <br> Today I was assigned to clean meeting room. This morning, one company which is Imaxx Service Plus Sdn Bhd was booked the meeting room in this hotel. This hotel provided only one meeting room.<br> My supervisor briefing for a little bit on how to rearrange the venue and I was assigned to place and rearrange items on every each of the table.  <br> This meeting room has a large desk and 12 seats that can accommodate  12 people at one time. In addition, this room has a LCD. Before the guest come, the room should be cleaned first. Tables and chairs need to be wiped with a wet towel. The floors needs to be swept and dipped. <br> Besides, memo and pen, mineral water and some candy are provided in meeting room.<br> <br> Today, I learned on how to set up a conference room, it was quite exciting because I learned a new thing and it was my first experience.<br> <br> P/S: here is the picture of me in the meeting room.</div><div> </div>]]></description>
