We believe teachers have the power to change that. This manifesto is our promise—not just for the future when we become licensed educators, but now, as students carrying the dream of teaching with purpose and heart. We don’t claim perfection, only honesty born from our own experience. We understand the silent struggles and the impact of even the smallest kindness, and this is our declaration of the teachers we strive to be.
