The aim is to design learning experiences for students around technology. So that, teacher needs to know previously about how select a technological tool, this is called technological content knowledge. Moreover, teacher should be able to know about how to use that technological tool, WhatsApp in this case, this is known as technological pedagogical knowledge. According to pedagogical content knowledge, it means that teacher should know how to teach efficiently and has got knowledge about curriculum design to teach well that specific knowledge that teacher pretends to aim.
