Smoking with more than 4000 harmful substances is one of the most common and most commonly used addictive substances in human life today. The lungs are at the head of the biggest damaged organs of hair, teeth, heart, skin and all-body cigarette smoking.
1. The cells that cover the respiratory tracts and the lungs are destroyed by the smoking structure, making the lungs vulnerable to all kinds of harmful effects
2. 80-90% of cigarette smokers are responsible for chronic lung diseases.
3. 90% of lung cancers are related to cigarette smoking and smoking rates are 15 to 20 times more risk of developing lung cancer than non-smokers.
4. A pack of smokers has a tenfold risk of getting cancer, while two pack smokers have a risk of up to twenty five cigarettes.
5. Increased rates of lung cancer have also been seen in women who have increased their smoking rates in the recent years.
6. Sigma causes a decrease in lung secretions, which in turn leads to chronic cough.
7. When the smoking is deeply drawn in and the amount of usage increases, the risk of getting cancer is also increasing.
8. Despite not using the smoker, there is a risk of catching cancer in passive smokers who remain in smoking environments. Despite the fact that no cigarettes have been used, a study of those caught up in cancers has also revealed that some of them have been smoking cigarettes or those living in the same house.
Given the damages that hung up on the cigarette lungs, which harm our whole body, they cause lethal consequences. When this is the case, it is not hard to guess what kind of an end to the smokers.

It causes heart disease and heart attack. The biggest effect of causing heart disease is the increase of the hormone called epinephrine in nicotine. This hormone increases the heart rate and disrupts the blood pressure. Particularly nicotine cigarettes are seen as people who throw the heart faster. This situation can lead to a heart attack over time. It leads to rapid pumping of blood. It causes stress and irritability. Especially when people are nicotine addicts, aggressiveness is common when nicotine is not taken. Early aging problems are seen. Infection and susceptibility to infections occur. Especially the body has lost its resistance and it makes people vulnerable to diseases. It leads to the reduction of healthy cells in the body. Over time, healthy cells can become unhealthy. Taking nicotine during pregnancy leads to premature delivery or abortion by the mother. In later stages, the dead baby can also cause a risk. Nicotine-taking mothers' babies also have problems such as cleft lip and cleft lip. Over time it causes your teeth to yellow and fall out. Problems such as sleep problems and not going to sleep are common. People who are addicted to nicotine frequently have wrinkles on their mouths and wrinkles on the edges of the lips. Respiratory distress and ear infections are common in children who are exposed to nicotine. It is found naturally in tobacco plants and is a very powerful drug.

Carbon monoxide is a highly toxic gas. It is invisible, smelly and has no taste. But more lethal. It is also present in the exhaust gas of vehicles in great quantities. This causes less oxygen to get more oxygen in the body of the heart, which can cause damage to the heart muscles and increase the risk of sudden death. When carbon monoxide enters the blood, the oxygen is replaced and the oxygen source of the body is cut off. Slowing blood circulation can occur due to carbon monoxide which causes the blood to thicken. Carbon monoxide also reduces night vision and response time. In the case of carbon monoxide hazards, it may be possible to reduce the oxygen supply required for the development of the baby, especially if a pregnant woman is exposed to cigarette smoke or other means of carbon monoxide exposure. When taken together with nicotine, it causes heart disease.
