Agreement for Associate Director of Social Work post.

Dear colleagues. I’m very pleased to share that Diane Hull has confirmed that we’ve had agreement for a Associate Director of Social Work to be appointed to provide professional leadership Trustwide. This will be a 0.5WTE band 8d post and the hope is it will be out to advert in July.

Diane is making some final changes to the job description but this will be a strategic role reporting to her, with a direct line into the Trust Board. Thanks to all of you who have contributed your time and thoughts into what this role could look like- once I hear more I’ll make sure it’s circulated but please find attached the draft JD for people to have a look in the meantime.
