The conspiracy was based around products being sold as things such as things like furniture named after people that have gone missing. Such products being sold for thousands of dollars and only being able to purchase them by entering promo codes. Details on the products like weight or other descriptions were thought to be descriptions of a human that could be possibly being sold.
