Granted, I had to get strawberries ready for snack, I heard everything going on. Big group was great. It was very well planned and executed. The preschoolers stayed focused until the end. We did not have enough time for individual lessons which is ok!

Always encourage the child to raise their hand and respond to the circle time question. I know we do not have assigned preschoolers and it will stay that way. I want everyone to be comfortable making lessons that can be taught to anyone. Big group was cute and the children were really enjoying the bear hunting song. Great job doing the moves along with them. That is exactly what we should be doing. We had more than a half hour to teach individual lessons and I did not see anyone teaching. They are always so energetic and ready to start the day. I had my lesson on Thursday with Sophia, and it went pretty smooth. She liked completely the puzzle and really enjoyed what the picture was. I asked her to tell me what was going on in the picture after wards. I think what would made it better was if I had made the puzzle smaller because she wanted to stick all pieces that looked the same. Even though she had a little bit of a difficulty she never gave up. On Friday, she asked if there was another lesson we could do together. I think that shows that she likes the lessons we do and would prefer to read a book then play.
