Secondly, if your are in Kuwait you will feel that there is no activates to do and because of that you will use your phone and open social media. Finally, social media have improved and nowadays in social media you will find activities and what ever you want to see and because of that you have addiction social media and it become an important thing in our lifestyle. To conclude, These are some causes that makes social media addiction. Many people find themselves addicted to using social media. Most of the time, the people who have fallen to this addiction are teenagers. This is because social media is a new concept which naturally attracts a younger audience. Addiction to social media leads to a number of issues, the worst of them being the mental health issues. Research shows that an alarming number of teenagers suffer from issues like depression and anxiety due to a social media addiction. It also leads to poor academic performance as students find that they cannot leave their devices and focus on their studies. Furthermore, a constant addiction to devices will disrupt a person’s natural sleep schedule, which plays an important role in providing sufficient energy for the day. All of these effects combined can be detrimental to a person’s personal and social life. Nowadays, people are constantly using their devices and not interacting with the real world. This has caused an invisible barrier between people causing a sense of isolation and loneliness in the community.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
