We as Americans have the ability to say or comment whatever we want, so we don't think or care about the consequences.&nbsp;This is especially true when it comes to the internet, as you can be under a different alias and say whatever you want under the guise of free speech.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree, but it also depends on the situation. We live in a country where we have free speech locked up so tight, it could never be taken away. However, there are still countless people who don't have to worry what others think about them, and so aren't afraid to humiliate others for the fun of it.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree because many people say things that they know is wrong when this could affect their life later on (ex. colleges and jobs looking through social media accounts). This also applies with who the person is talking to or about, as with time progression, certain words related to people such as "gay" have become more relevant with society and therefore has become worse in terms of consequences or just straight up being frowned upon.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree. I mean a good example would be people using discriminatory language. Five years ago someone could say "That's gay!" or "That's r*tarded!" and not really have any serious consequences they have to deal with. Now, people are a lot more accustomed to call out culture and making people aware that that type of language is not okay. Not that that's happening, the people who have been using offensive language claim the fallback of "You are violating my freedom of speech" or something along those lines. Communication, positive and negative has huge effects of people, and when people who had "free speech" are censored, they feel like their rights are being violated.</div>]]></description>
