From where to start :) 
Okay, lets starts from my initial days in Arcadis. 
During my initial days I was having respectful fear about you as we were not used to talk much but once I started talking to you, I realized you are very friendly, caring and helping person and with that this fear went away. I feel fortunate that I got an opportunity to work with you for some projects, I got to learn a lot from you. I am really taken a back by amount of efforts and devotion you put in your tasks. I am also inspired by the rational approach you have in your design. Whenever I used to have any technical doubt or queries regarding the plaxis you are person that first blinked in my mind. I am surprised by your work appetite to work on weekends also. Thank for all your support all the time!!!
