Yes, it would teach people leasons but then people wouldn't be able to follow there dreams and do what they want, because one pacient dying would end there dreams and crush there heart. It wouldn't be right. Imange how sad people would be if they got there hands cut off or someone they knew and loved died! I wouldn't want to be that sad person! Just because they would teach people lessons doesn't mean that people would be all happy. It would be better if they didn't have those laws.
