When an author publishes an article, you can usually see a section of the article on the website that they published their article on, then if someone is interested, they will usually click on the link provided to go to the website to read the entire article. I think that inspirational stories are commonly posted because they make a lot of money, but they are also posted to show that even famous people have had struggles in their lives just like normal people.
