   A healthy family is a family that leads a healthy way of life, with a healthy emotional climate, spiritual culture, and material prosperity. The basis of a healthy future child is at the wellness of its own parents. Everyone understands this, but, alas, not everyone monitors their lifestyle. For example, prolonged intoxication, particularly alcohol, various diseases, endanger the health of the baby even before he's born. Therefore, it's very important to lead a healthy lifestyle, that contains the lack of bad habits, as well as a good positive attitude. When my spouse and I only learned about her pregnancy, then we had been wildly happy about the fact, because we wanted a baby for a long time. And obviously we changed our way of life and our views on a lot of things, too.
