Mrs Pogson placed an order with TJC, and unfortunately, our courier partner mixed up delivery of their order which resulted in it being returned back to our warehouse and refunded. Yesterday, we received a heartfelt message from a customer who recently proposed to his girlfriend with a ring from us. 💕 While the proposal was perfect, there was one hiccup—the ring didn’t fit. They sent it back to us for resizing, but with a tight deadline: they were flying out of the country in to visit her family and surprise them with the engagement and needed the ring back. The resized ring, however, was sent back to them on a 48-hour delivery, meaning it wouldn’t arrive in time. Understandably, they were devastated, and their dream trip felt ruined. 😔

After hearing their story, we knew we had to do something. 💡 Upon checking, we found another ring in stock that could be resized to her size. Our team sprang into action, resizing the ring within hours, placing it in a beautiful box, and personally delivering it to their hotel at Heathrow Airport that evening. ✈️

When the couple arrived, the ring was waiting for them—perfectly fitted and ready for her to proudly show off to her family. Their joy and gratitude made every effort worth it. ❤️
