What day was it? Saturday or Sunday? You can also add where you and your wife and friends went. Try to mention one activity and the time of the day it took place. 

On Saturday, my wife’s cousin visited and cooked for us. At night, she prepared Canelones. How was it? Tasty? Well-seasoned? 

Later that night we met some friends. They invited us to have dinner at a nice Italian restaurant. I had pork with potatoes. That dish was delicious! You can also say yummy!

On Sunday morning I went to my parent’s house. We had breakfast together. 

 In the afternoon, we gathered with my wife’s friend and we ate/had lasagna.

Here are a few suggestions. 

My dish is cochinita pibil with plantain and different sauces and ingredients.
 
 The green sauce is avocado… this sauce was delicious. A perfect balance of mingling salt and onion. As well as Costeño cheese the fifth ingredient. As far as the balance was on point, the combination of salt and chives. Spot on!

 The white sauce had a creamy texture. I can’t exactly recall which ingredients were. I guess, there was mayonnaise, chives, and some salt. It tasted bland/ there was no flavor in that.

Red Onion is the third ingredient, nothing special… (underwhelming ingredient?)
