Korca is considered the birthplace of Albania's literary and artistic identity and city's charm and traditions continue to reflect this heritage. Korca's urban architecture, with its Ottoman, French and Arromanian influences, wide tree-lined boulevards and ample parks provide a completely unique experience in Albania. The city's markets, monuments, and mosques and churches (dating back to early Byzantine and Ottoman times) highlight the significance of this important Balkan crossroads city.
Korça is known as the "cradle of Albanian culture" and is the largest city within the region. Historical documents refrencing the city date from the early medieval period - the first half of the XVth century - when Korça province was the property of Muzakajt, one of the feudal families of that time.
The city has served as a very important trading market. Throughout the centuries Albanian caravans began their travels from here to Turkey, Greece, and Russia.
In the second half of the 19th century, the city rose to be a very important economic, trade and cultural centre. Korça city today remains the most important economic and cultural center in the region. It exhibits eastern characteristics, along with traces of French influence in its urban scheme and grand architectural planning.

Mersin is in the south of Turkey. There is the mediterranean sea. In summer, people swim in the sea. There are lots of beautiful beaches. It is rainy in winters. Also, Mersin has many delicious meals. The most delicious ones are tantuni, şalgam, cezerye and batırık. Tantuni is a meal that prepared with meat. Şalgam is a drink and cezerye is a desert. Batırık is a refreshment meal. Moreover, Mersin is a historical city. There are lots of castles and structures coming from old civilizations. For example, there is Kız Kalesi, Anamurium Castle and Ancient City. Therefore, Mersin is also a touristic place at the same time.

The province of Tekirdağ is located at the northern shores of the Marmara Sea and is a major port of commerce. The sandy beaches lie at the both side of the province. The joyful mixture of sunflowers and the vineyards covers the entire medium.

The major architectural creation of the province is the Rüstem Paşa Mosque, which is a creation of Architect Sinan and was constructed by the Grand Vizier of Süleyman the Magnificent in 1554.

An extensive collection is exhibited in the Archeology and Ethnography Museum. The Rakoczy Museum is the house in which the Hungarian Prince II. Rakoczy Ferench whom had fought for the freedom of his nation had lived his last years. The Namık Kemal Monument (1840 – 1888) adorns the birth place of the poet.

The Şarköy and Mürefte holiday centers are famous with their delicious wines and they are located 60 km. west of the Tekirdağ province. This locality is covered with beautiful vineyards and also hosts an annual traditional wine festival.

Districts : Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Hayrabolu, Malkara, Marmara Ereğlisi, Muratlı, Saray and Şarköy.
