My concern is that is I’m not sure what kind of skills is suitable for my ideal job

My only concern currently is the competitive job market in Singapore :0

I am anxious about the competitive job market that I may face in the future. But I am aware that my career prospects will have a wide variety. I don’t have enough exposure to figure out what I want to do for my future, how it will impact me will be it will make it difficult for me to plan my career, and I may not be able to prepare enough for it

Solution:

Create more opportunities for me to find out what I want to do in the future. More specific experiences that will help me decide what I want to do.

How do I plan to do that:

Figure what I want by doing assessments that will help me figure out what I want.

Who need to be involved:

Myself, companies, ai, government, specialists in their field.

How will this impact the problem statement:

Youths will be more aware of what they want to do, and will have sufficient knowledge and guidance to look for a job.

How do I do this just for community level:

grc to partner up with up ccs to help organise these efforts

I am concerned about not getting a job based on my qualifications and also about not being able to understand the workload if i am to work in a field that is not what i studied for. People have assumptions about me is that i should stick to 1 career path where i feel that i should be able to branch out and learn new things

Solution

Expand my level of understanding and qualifications by going for courses that can help me in getting the job

How will this impact the problem statement

Youths will be able to expand their knowledge and find jobs that are suitable for them based on what have they learned

Who needs to be involved

Students who want to expand their knowledge and schools who are able to teach the courses that the students need

Who needs to be involved: Consultants, industry specialists, those entering the workforce
How it impacts problem statement: Increases morale in youths about finding a job and teaches them how to set themselves apart
