GHN focused on creating an efficient operation system, helping online shops and small businesses access professional delivery services. In 2013, GHN expanded its delivery network to Hanoi and Da Nang, beginning nationwide coverage. By 2015, GHN officially became the shipping partner of Shopee, Tiki, and Lazada, contributing to the booming growth of e-commerce in Vietnam.

b. Nationwide Network Expansion (2016 - 2019) In 2016, GHN expanded its Same-Day Delivery services to major cities. In 2017, the company established AhaMove – an on-demand inner-city delivery platform – boosting fast urban delivery capabilities. In 2018, GHN expanded its smart warehousing system, applying AI and Big Data to optimize delivery routes. In 2019, GHN built GHN Logistics, providing warehousing, storage, and distribution services, enhancing the supply chain.

c. Modernization and Logistics Technology (2020 - Present) In 2020, GHN played a crucial role in the essential goods supply chain during the COVID-19 pandemic. d. Present and Future GHN currently operates over 1,000 delivery points, serving over 100,000 online shops nationwide. The company continues to develop AI, warehouse automation, and unmanned delivery, aiming toward smart logistics. GHN is expanding its "Super Speed - 2H" delivery service, enabling customers to receive goods within 2 hours in major cities.
