The thing was that I was scared. I used to go to fairs and carnivals and they had amazing rides. I even overheard people talking about an awesome ride but whenever we were in line for it I backed out. The first time I rode something kind of like a roller coaster (the tower of terror at Disney world) I was very close to backing out of the line but we had been standing in the line for a while so my dad told me that we weren't going to leave the line. I was so scared but once we got to the top and I looked outside my fear went a way and I had the time of my life! It was so amazing. Although I was about 12 I was scared to get in the water. My mom said to me "This maybe the only chance you get to come to a beach". She was right. This was my first time at a beach in all my life and it could be my last. I was mostly scared of being stung by a jellyfish because I had read about that happen before. I decided to get in the water because I thought if I didn't like it I could just get out of the water. I went into the water and after a few minutes I was having so much fun with my sister. This is another time that showed that you must get though your fears to see the beautiful things in life.
