(O'Donovan et a,..2011; French 2011)<br><br>The realistic figure of growing 12-16t DM/ha is achievable with improved management and soil fertility.<br><br>BETTER farms on Pasturebase grew on average 11t DM/ha. <br><br>Teagasc has launched a multi-year campaign (four years, 2017-2020) to increase grass utilisation on Irish livestock farms (dairy, beef and sheep), with the objective of achieving:<br>-10t grass DM/ha/year utilised; <br>-10 grazing's/paddock/year.</div>]]></description>
