http://www.lastingchangehypnosis.ca/past_life_regression.html
the link above is an article explaining past life regression and what its about. essentially, past life regression theory states being able to access the memories and experiences of past lives, which are stored in your subconscious, in order to figure out who you truly are. there are "past life regression therapists" that can supposedly help you to unlock your past life memories if you truly desire. for a price however. there are many places and many people who have claimed to study under some ancient mystic or teachings somewhere that can help you to achieve your "past life regression". however this speaks to me in red flags left and right. the use of mystical energy and ancient wisdom to unlock "energy" and memories which there has been no scientific evidence to back up seems a bit fishy to me. plus the fact that money would is involved seems to me as if past life regression seems to me a cheap hoax.

https://youtu.be/xTnAqDPBsoY
the video posted above is a video that goes into an actual in depth guided past life regression with brian weiss. that it isn't just figments of their imaginations. this video goes to show in favour of those who believe in past life regression. it makes me actually question if people have gone through past life regressions and can see into their past lives. however when you watch the full video there is no explanation of how past life regression really works. just brian guiding you through your past in a guided meditation, assisting you to "go deeper". it seems to me as if there's no science and just belief. no real proof of evidence to go on.

by now, with all the information i was perplexed. some people claim past life regression as something real while others see right through it. at first it seemed a bit fishy to me o i took the liberty of going in depth into some research about it.
http://www.selfhypnosis.com/past-life-regression/
this website explains past life regression fantastically. it states that past life regressions aren't actually always a person's life before they were born and doesn't necessarily mean revisiting a former existence in some way. if this is what past life regression truly means then so be it, it doesn't harm anyone treating people with soothing and a relaxing voice until you claim they revisit past lives! as for links and resources, the article is not biased as it talks for/against both sides of the argument as well as includes an external link at the bottom of the page that includes links and resources. however, this wasn't just simply enough for my curious beyond belief mind. i wanted to see the real deal and the scientific proof behind the tall tale. so i went even more in depth.
https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/past-life-regression-therapy-encouraging-fantasy/
this website describes and states clearly that past life regression has caused troubles for, people before who have been brought to believe false memories, as well as stating the fact that past lief regression is really something "only the person can decide if its real or not". there has been no scientific evidence of correlation between government records of past life regressed people and what they believe. this site is very well thought out and uses external sources and links to back arguments as well.

(i didn't say she was right about everything, just some things). she takes past life regression as a topic and explains that there could be no possible way that you would have someone else's memories inside your own head, it would have to be encoded in genes which is a theory barely even hanging by a thread, the fact that its never been proven and seems skeptical itself that memories would be encoded into DNA. but however if this was possible you would be able to see the dreams and memories of your ancestors and family members as well. so therefore the belief is entirely twisted out of proportion.

theres not really many images to go off of to use for the topic past life regression but there is a couple videos that are informational gold, i hope you dont mind me substituting videos for images :)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVrp9jXsYsk
however, this video is a video of a man on youtube who says he went through his very own personal past life regression using another youtube video , now at first i was a bit skeptical. like come on now, a past life regression therapy off of youtube one try at the very first time? but nonetheless he goes on to say that he experienced life as a sailor in the british navy around the 1800 time period in which he faced his death due to either japanese or chinese man. this video only proves my point in saying that past life regression is a choice of belief and nonetheless. the video and whole thing seems kinda comical to me seeing as it's a random guy who wanted to try something for the first time. no attempt to recreate evidence or multiple attempts were made to fabricate real hardcore proof. still not solid enough for my mind to take the bait.

in analysis of the flaws of past life regression i have come up with the simple fact that it is scientifically impossible, no replicated solid evidence, somewhat amateur techniques and just simply perception. remember to keep an open mind when thinking about such things, however be able to realize the flaws. i have gone over the points of past life regression that i believe are important. past life regression in my opinion seem to be somewhat of a fraud. nothing more than a money making scheme which people profit off the miseducation of people. they go off the vulnerability and reasons for belief off the common uneducated. this is simply my perspective, feel free to disagree but remember a perspective is a perspective that could be influenced. i have yet to see something to convince me of such a reality but it could be possible. an open mind is key to analyzing flaws in a topic.

in conclusion i believe that it is safe to say that past life regression is a myth. due to fake evidence, assumptions flaws and scientifically proven evidence, past life regression is nothing more than a choice of belief. i have been over arguments for/ against both sides of past life regression and have left it up to you to decide whether you believe it to be real or not. i have used red flags and stated alternatives to wat could really be real. the possibilities are once again a matter of choice and completely up t you.feel free to believe what information you want but be aware that not everything you read/see is the truth.
