• Exchange of ideas 
Because when working as group you have more ideas to brainstorm from.
•Improved social skills 
We learn to communicate effectively and have a team spirit to work as a group.
•Learning from each other mistakes 
Group member can learn from the mistakes and success of their colleagues.

Disadvantage 
•Iack of communication 
Some ideas may not be clear to some group members or there can be some kind of misconception.
•logistical problems 
Some group members live far from each other .which could limit the amount of group meeting.
•disobadence 
Some group members disobey their group leader commands

*To solve complex problems and to complete difficult tasks, team works better than a individual. Example : ( For example, everyone in our group have something to do and if someone needs help we will discuss the problem together

*You can improve you skills while working in a team, as a team will be having people with different skills and abilities. ( You will work with another people who may have more skills than you and you will get knowledge from him

•Disadvantage
* While working in a team, conflicts might occur in case when one person works less than the other. ( For example : when we was working on the project one of the students was having a lot of time to spend on the presentations and no one helped him )

*When working as team, lot of meetings need to be scheduled. But in case if not handled properly can result in loss of time and decrease the efficiency of team. ( That happened to us because every one in our group live  in different area
