Valiente

As the podium lifted me up into the window I wondered while being terrified, “Does everyone fall for this trap?”  As I was shaking in fear I looked around and saw a boy that looked just like me writing his name on board. I was so confused of what’s happening. When he saw me  and kept on getting closer I was terrified. Then it started to get stormy.  Apart from him there was a doll on a unicycle slamming himself on the door. The thing I didn’t expect was that he smashed the glass I fell. All of a sudden things were going to my head. Suddenly my vision was black and I somehow got teleported on a table. “This is bad” “This never happened before” “This kid is crazy.” Those voices seemed familiar and then I got teleported to a shelf with dolls. “Don’t talk to him,” said Maria. “If you talk to him she’ll get angry.” said Harry. “He’ll hear you.” said Alma “How can you guys talk and who’s she?.” I asked. “What the hell, did I just hear that doll talk.” screamed the boy. Get” outta here now!!!” I screamed. I wondered to myself why I do that now I can’t hear or see anyone. I’m just in darkness. AHHH HEL...P 

She said “how did I get here! The last thing I remember was being in a doll shop! That's weird”. There are always missing kids and the police are trying to find them but they could not find them.       The End

After Alma got trapped in her doll, a new little girl found a doll that looked like her in the store. But this time it was not a young girl, it was a young adult. Yeoubi, like Alma, went into the doll store and the door got shut behind her, the tricycle kept bumping into the door and Yeoubi got frightened and suspicious. She left the doll and went up to the tricycle and grabbed the little boy. As soon as she held him in her hands, she saw his eyes irregularly moving, almost human-like. She started to catch onto what was happening and  tried to open the door and leave. But the door was locked.

She tried kicking and punching the door, but it wouldn’t budge. She tried looking around the store to see if there was another way out. Above the shelving of dolls she saw a vent and ran towards it. She climbed up the shelf and in the process, knocked over dolls and some broke. She saw lights flying away from the dolls and wondered what they were. She climbed up to Alma and grabbed her.

When she grabbed Alma, she gently took the head off of the doll and a light circled around Yeoubi. Yeoubi quickly started knocking down all of the dolls in the store and all of the souls came out of them and flew away.  

 Once they all flew away, Yeoubi continued to climb the shelves and broke the vent open and crawled through. It was dark and small but she was able to crawl through the vent. Once she got out she saw that all of the names on the board had disappeared as if they never existed. A few years later she went to a new school and met a lot of familiar faces that reminded her of the dolls, she recognized their names and asked them if they remembered anything about the place but they said no. She became best friends with Alma and forgot about her experience in the doll store. But then a new doll store opened near the old one. THE END! 

  The little boy just looked at me. I was way too scared to talk. I was also really surprised. Brice just looked at me. After a few seconds of staring at each other he simply just said “what's your name?” “C-charlett” I said stuttering. He ignored that and just said “come on we need to free the others.” “And don't touch the doll that looks like you” Brice said very sternly. “Uh- ok?” I was very confused. Brice just grabbed me by the hand and said come one we need to get the others. Doll by Doll we were taking them outside and they were slowly coming to life. 

After we took out all of the dolls there were three girls one looked older than all of them. The older one screamed “NOOO YOU RUINED IT” It looked like she had redish hair and emerald green eyes and a white tutu on. She was screaming at two twins. They both had pitch black hair. And dark clothing.  The older one ran into the shop but tripped over an old doll and got sucked in. And she was never seen again. 

She said “how did I get here! The last thing I remember was being in a doll shop! That's weird”. There are always missing kids and the police are trying to find them but they could not find them.       The End

Veneno was looking out the window when a man walked in with a girl. He was wearing a uniform and it said Call Jacob. He walked in and gave the girl a doll. The girl insisted that she needs one that looks like her. Every time she asked the man, the man got mad and said no with no explanation.Then another girl walked in and looked like veneno.

She thought that the doll was for her. Then her identical twin walked in and spotted the doll.They looked at each other and when they looked back at the doll but it was gone. The twins and the girl next to Jacob hunted for the doll around the room. When they saw the doll on a shelf. Then they all thought someone was watching them. Then a doll on a tricycle went and started driving into a broken mirror.Then, the door closed and everyone thought they were being watched. Before they knew it, one of the twins was gone and then Veneno’s eyes started moving.They all ran to the door but it was locked.

Then out of the broken mirror a secret door opened and Baby Groot came out and said that he was trapping people in dolls. Then he turned on the TV and on the news people were disappearing. He said that Jacob from call Jacob was working with him. Then Jacob and Groot threw dolls at them and they all got tapped in them. Then Veneno and another doll saw what was happening and walked over to Baby Groot and touched him then Baby Groot went in the doll and everyone from the dolls were released. Then Veneno pointed to the secret passage behind the broken mirror. Then they saw a sewing machine to sew dolls and a vacuum to suck them in the dolls. Then the  front door opened, They all left and forgot about it all.

Aukji

                       As the red headed doll was brought up to the window she thought to herself “I am so happy I get to steal a little girl's soul and be alive! I don't understand why the other dolls are such softies” Soon after, a little girl that looked just like the doll walked up to it. The girl and her parents walked into the store, the doll kept on moving away till it reached the shelf. The girl wanted to touch it but her parents didn't let her. They noticed something was a bit weird and off about the store. They saw no owner in the store, they talked to others and noticed that there were a lot of posters near the store saying there were  missing kids. They talked to the police saying that the store might be related to the missing kids. The police start to investigate. They set up cameras and they caught  the dolls moving. They also found out that the owner of the store was a wizard! The owner made the dolls kidnap for their freedom. The police made the wizard let the kids free, and sent him off to jail.

The chestnut-haired doll rose in front of the window as a girl was writing her name on the board in front of the shop. It was a cold day and the 2nd week of continuous snow. Her mother had asked her to grab bread to pair with the soup they were having for dinner. When she turned around she saw a doll that was wearing the same dress coat she was wearing. It stared back at her with lifeless eyes. 

She decided to take a closer look and as she peered through the door it swung open dumping her onto the floor. A doll fell on the floor next to her and she set it back on the shelf after dusting herself off. She turned around to see that looked like her doll was gone and she could not find it anywhere. 

She pulled her bright red wagon in front of the door and started loading dolls in to give to her friends for Christmas. When all of them were in the wagon she wheeled it away from the store. When she was about a block away the wind got warmer and she noticed the bird noisies.

                                                                        

she felt like someone was watching her. When she turned around she saw something terrifying…..ly cute a brown and white spotted cat with an old lady. 

                                                                        

The old lady invited her in and they had brunch and chatted. The old lady whose name was Jane even gave Salvadora a loaf of bread. At the end of the day, Salvadora was happy and ready to have some soup.

She notices that another little girl has walked into the shop. She thinks nothing of it until she thinks it is weird that the doll looked like the girl so she quickly ran into the shop stopping the girl!

 “Are you kidding me! That doll was made for me and I’m getting it!” said the girl.

“There was another doll that looked like me or how I wish I looked and once I left it was gone.” said Kukla.

The little girl didn’t believe Kukla and thought it was a prank, instead of listening to Kukla she touched the doll and her body disappeared but her soul was floating away.

Maria 

It was a snowy and cold day I could hear my footsteps while walking in the snow. My parents had gone to work and had told me I could go explore my town. While exploring I saw a big chalkboard with a lot of people’s names on the board, I also wanted to write my name on it so I did. I felt so excited after I wrote my name on the board I felt like I was a part of something cool. After I wrote my name on the board something caught my attention it was a doll that looked exactly like me. I ran up to the window and smushed my face on the glass I thought to myself self wow I really want that doll. I got my face off the window and tried to open the door dang it I thought to my self the door was locked I tried to pull it harder but the door wouldn’t open. Suddenly as I was walking away, the door flung open I got so excited and I ran inside. When I got in there was a little doll on a tricycle that was somehow trying to get out, but I didn’t care. I went to grab the doll and suddenly it was on the shelf once I got on the shelf I reached my hand to grab the doll. The second my finger touch the doll I somehow got sucked into the doll. I tried screaming for help but nothing working well I guess this is how my life was gonna be now.

            The name Maria means Of The Sea Or Bitter and is of Latin origin.

A red haired, shivering girl stepped  timidly inside the weirdly shaped store and said,  “That doll looks just like me! Wow, I should buy it!” The little girl turned to look at the doll again and noticed that it was now high up on the shelf next to Alma. In her mind she desperately was trying to say, “Please don’t touch me! Get away or you will end up like the rest of us!” 

Alma thought to herself,  “Ok, this is my queue.” and moved her eyes a bunch hoping that the curious girl would notice her and take her off the shelf.  The red haired girl realized Alma must want to be off the shelf and so she reached for the  doll but clumsily dropped her! Surprisingly, the doll broke and Alma was finally free from the terrible doll! The girl stood there in complete shock that a girl just appeared from a doll! Alma told  her, "Finally! I am free, thank you so much! I have been trapped in there for days and you would have got trapped yourself if you had touched the doll that looked like you.That's what happened to me and I got sucked into the creepy doll you just broke!"

The girl who was still surprised said, “Oh my goodness! That is crazy but I am so relieved at the same time! My name is Alice by the way.” Then Alma said, “I am Alma and I am so happy to meet you". The other dolls in this store are real kids too!”

Then one by one, Alma and Alice dropped all the sad faced dolls on the wooden floor and freed the children inside them them who thanked Alma and Alice a bunch. Then the children said, " We have been here for so many dreadful years and we have seen the owner of the store and know where he is! He is the one who is capturing all these innocent children.” 

Alma and Alice quietly followed the children to a secret room in the basement of the store and together they tackled him. Alma and Alice grabbed a doll and put him into it and locked up the doll inside a tiny  safe they found in the basement. Alma said, “Well that should teach him a lesson, and now he can know how we felt all this time!”

Alma then wrote a sign saying “Closed” in big, bold letters while Alice broke all of the controls that put out the bait/dolls for children and said: “Don’t worry no children will ever get trapped in a doll again.” Then Alma, Alice, and all the other children walked gladly home together to their families and gave them big hugs and kisses saying how much they missed them. And no child ever got trapped or even went into the evil store ever again!

Period 4

Capti

I was walking through the strange part of my town, usually empty, but today it felt like kids were everywhere. I ignored it and kept walking, I stopped by the only open store and got something to eat with the money my parents had given me. The owners of the store were so thin, and they looked like they hadn’t eaten in days, which made the day even gloomier. I was heading towards home while something caught my eye. A doll. I never liked dolls, even when I was little, but something about this one drew me to it, something was off. The doll was wearing the exact same clothes as me. The same pants, same hair color, same shirt, it even had the same birthmark and a little tag that was labeled “Capti”, which was very strange because that is my name! I peered through the window to see if it was open. It looked closed down to me, so I turned around and saw a chalkboard. I wrote my name “Capti”. I set down the chalk as I heard weird sounds. “Clunk” “Clunk “Clunk” I turned around and saw the door burst open. A little doll on a bike came pedaling out. Its smile was so big it almost touched his eyes. I looked in the store and the look-alike doll wasn’t there. I felt like someone was watching me. I looked up and saw the doll- it had somehow moved onto a higher podium! I reached for it but my foot slipped through the floorboards like quicksand! A gash appeared on my leg. I felt sleepy and I dozed off in seconds. When I woke up I felt stiff. I didn’t know where I was. I tried moving, but I couldn't. I felt scared and anxious. I was frantically looking around. I looked down at myself, my leg was fine, but it looked plastic. The only thing I could see was a reflection from a mirror across the room-a doll that looked just like me and a tag on its head that said “Capti”.

“Capti” means trapped...
