Due to its high population of young dependents age, it's predicted that in 2035 Indonesia will have a population boom and bonus demography at the same time, where the reproductive age (15-64) is 60% bigger than the pre and post-productive age. Related to its population boom, some demographers have warned Indonesia to control its birth rate as questions about how to feed, job opportunities and education quality remain unanswered. Yet, the bonus demography will give a positive impact, as it's a chance for Indonesia to accelerate its growth with the help of its abundant and productive human resources.
The narrow tip of the pyramid shows Indonesia has a high mortality rate with an average life expectancy of around 60-70 years. 
Countries that become top destinations for Indonesia's migrant are Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hongkong. Most of the migrants leave Indonesia for working. While most of immigrants in Indonesia are coming from East and Southeast Asia (China, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore).

This means that the number of people who are in the pre-reproductive age groups are lower than those in the reproductive or  post-reproductive age groups. In Vietnam, the birth rates have been decreasing since 1958, when the birth rate was over 42, which is nearly triple that of the current birth rate. In newer generations, many people of reproductive age are more unwilling to have children, mainly due to economic reasons. Besides a decreasing birth rate, Vietnam has also experienced an increase in student migration, with 190,000 Vietnamese students studying abroad. Most of these students are situated in North America or Europe. Also, there are millions of Vietnamese who migrated from Vietnam, most notably after the Vietnam War. Vietnam also has tens of thousands of immigrants, most of whom are in the reproductive age groups and come from nearby Southeast Asian countries.This, combined with decreasing death rates (which means an increasing population in the post-reproductive age groups and a higher life expectancy), means that there are and will be more older people than there are younger people. While Vietnam's population will continue to grow, it will do so slowly before peaking in 2054 with over 109 million people before decreasing to 97 million people by 2100. Currently, Vietnam is in stage 3 of the Demographic Transition model (when the death rates are low and the birth rate is decreasing). However, due to decreasing birth and death rates, it will eventually become a stage 4 country.

Myanmar has a relatively high death rate for both genders since a minimal amount of people in Myanmar have passed over 64 years old which is 1.7% population that has passed it. 94-100+ years old have a 0% population, and 69-89 years old have 1.2/ 1.5% - 0.1% population.

The death rate for the older ones is high in both genders. In the Philippines, there are not much older people that live up to 80-100+  because the healthcare system doesn't provide the meds that older people needed. That is why the elderly population is increasing by 9.5%.

In the Philippines, the economy gave a  reason why Filipinos should migrate because there's a career opportunity with a very high salary, than what they usually earn in the Philippines. which is why there's much unemployment and underemployment in the Philippines. 

In the population pyramid, in the Philippines, the Filipinos started to decrease by 55-59 in both genders by 2.0%

Malaysia Population Density Comparison

Malaysia's population density is drastically lower compared to Singapore (Singapore is around 80x more denser than Malaysia). This is due to Singapore's smaller land area than Malaysia, as well as the fact that many people immigrate to Singapore, primarily to its popular areas, making Singapore more densely populated. While Malaysia is 459 times larger than Singapore, making the population less densely populated, Malaysia also has many cities, causing the population to spread out more than in Singapore.
