My administrators conduct walkthroughs and formal observations.  I receive feedback about areas I can grow and improve.  I analyze STAAR EOC results to show areas of weakness and then plan the scope and sequence based on those weaknesses as well as design lessons around the difficult concepts students may struggle with.   I use my data analysis strategies to assess low areas of performance of my students.  I plan and design "special" lessons to engage students 100 percent.  I survey my students regularly to find out what how engaged they were during a lesson and what they enjoyed or did not enjoy about the delivery or process of particular lessons and projects.  I use this data to analyze my planning of future lessons. I also survey my students to find out their interests and motives to aid in the design of my lessons.
