I live in El Carmen de Bolivar, which is a town located 112KM from Cartagena, is a beautiful town with beautiful mountains and nice people, I live with my mom, sister and grandparents in a house which has four rooms, white walls, and five windows , is my favorite place to stay, like my safe place.

My day starts when I wake up at 6:00 AM then I brush my teeth to eat breakfast at 6:30, I usually eat Bread, cheese and jam for breakfast, after have breakfast I take a shower, get dress up and I look for my aunt for go by walking to work. At 12:00 PM is time to have lunch, for lunch I usually have rice, meat, banana and orange juice, then I come back to work and I wait for the time to back home which is at 6:00 PM,.

When I arrive home I eat dinner, usually for dinner I eat rice, beans, meat, chicken, at 9:00 PM I go to bed, On weekends I use to do my Tasks from university, and play with my friends. I study English by myself from that my uncle told me about an app called Duolingo from this moment I've been interest in this language.

I live in a town which doesn’t have a lot of touristics places but the main touristics places in my town are: “La cansona” lookout, Sinaí park, Vancouver recreational center, and “Monteverde” recreational farm these places are beautiful and the vibes are different.
 A typical food from my town is “Mote de queso” which is prepared with yam, vegetables and cheese, I usually eat it. It’s delicious.

 There is an important holiday in my town which is “Fiestas de la Virgen del carmen” it’s celebrated in July 16th every year, I frecuently attend it, it’s exciting to be in the park with your family and friends, see fireworks and the music touches your heart, especially one called “porro” sometimes I dance it with my friends during this celebration.
 Also, there is another celebration which is called “Festimaria”, is a festival which pays tributs to important figures of the region, last year the honored figure was Adolfo Pacheco this was celebrated at December 1. I always attend to this festival.
 People often attend these celebrations and enjoy the music dancing around the park and singing the songs because it’s so exciting.
 In my town visitors can visit the places before mentionated, and attend to both celebrations an feel the music in their bodies, the experience will be unique!
