One eveing he drove me and my wife to visit one mountain, I think he was a "unqualified" drive becasue he could step his brake anytime anyhow, until we almost wanted to vomit. When i started working as a young man, i knew of a tour coach driver Edmund who actually was a really bad driver. He would accelerate aggressively, then brake really strongly, causing the whole bus to pitch violently forward all the time. One day he was traveling as a passenger in a bus driven by his colleague who was in fact a better driver than him though still not good enough. Yet Edmund complained loudly about his colleague's braking though it wasn't as bad as his own.

Lesson here: 
The driver is always prepared for his next move and how the car will behave in that movement since he is the one driving, but his passengers have no way to anticipate the driver's next move and get prepared for the accompanying movement. 
Of course, paying customers should not have to attempt to anticipate vehicular movement to begin with. I booked a private car ride from the airport to Medan city, which took around 2 hours drive. During the ride, the driver was rude and he drove recklessly, overtaking cars by going to opposite lanes while the opposite car was approaching. 

Also, he smoked non-stop throughout the journey.
