Assorted Facts:
  • Hinduism is the result of mixing many beliefs and religions found across the world, with Persian and even Central Asians fusing their ideas with traditional texts (e.g. Vedic texts)(Pg: 152-153).
  • Hindus are polytheists, with there being three major gods (or deities): Brahma, Shiva, and Vishnu(Pg: 153).  
  • Hindus hold concepts similar to that of other religions such as the idea of a soul (atman).
