         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree that listening shows interest and caring.&nbsp; Attention and caring are tightly connected.&nbsp; If you pay attention to someone that is speaking they will know that you care. &nbsp;<br>I do not agree when the author says I have not spent much time reflecting on or building competence with every day conversations. I do think I focus on everyday conversations that make up most of my life.<br>I want to aspire to make sure that words and conversations shape how we think about ourselves and the world.
