You can use it to backup an essay or argument. Let’s say you are writing an essay, in your thesis statement you could use text evidence to prove your point. Text evidence is crucial for backing up arguments. Also text evidence can be used to help you understand what is happening in a book or a magazine.

 

After looking at my other assessments I have noticed that I have sometimes forgotten to use text evidence at the appropriate time. I think that I will achieve my goals and get a higher grade by remembering to use text evidence more often and when it is appropriate.

Another way I could achieve my goals and to get a higher grade is to take notes when I am supposed to, and with those annotations I will use the new notes combined with my old ones to achiveve my goals and get higher grades in writing.
