The General was reliable and had a three-estate "government". The general helped with political issues as well leading to the end of Feudalism.

The third estate was locked out of their meeting hall so they had to meet on a tennis court and would not leave until a new constitutional law was put in. The creation of the National Assembly was from the third estate and was to represent the people and lay the base for the legislative branch.
