2. Develop Your Project Idea

   • Ensure you include the following:

     • Issue/Problem Statement: Clearly define the issue you are addressing.

     • Supporting Data: Provide evidence, such as newspaper articles, research papers, recent news, or visuals, to substantiate the issue.

     • Project Solution/Proposal: Describe your proposed solution, e.g., urban community farming or a buskers' performance center.

     • Project Study: Define the project’s aim, objectives, and design statement.

     • Client Research: Begin researching potential clients, including their history, background, and current activities.

     • Main Programs: Propose the primary programs that align with your issue and proposal.

     • Case Study: Identify 2-3 case studies relevant to your project.

       
       

3. Design Development

   • Once Item 2 is approved, proceed to the design development phase in Section 2.

You may begin this stage only once the previous tasks are structured and approved. Before starting the space arrangement, ensure you have the following:

1. Finalized List of Proposed Spaces

   • Categorize the spaces into public, semi-private, and private areas.

2. Detailed Space Descriptions

   • Provide detailed information for each space.

3. Schedule of Accommodation

   • List all required spaces clearly in a comprehensive schedule.

4. Bubble Diagram

   • Develop a bubble diagram to outline spatial relationships.

5. Initial Sketches or 3D Forms

   • Present preliminary sketches or 3D models of your design.

6. Planning and Design

   • Continue refining the planning and design process based on the above items.
