         <description><![CDATA[<div>1).Pre-listening:She introduced herself-&gt;Her name is NDIDI,means patience in IBU,but she is probably the one of the most impatient people you have ever met.She was such in a rush to answer the world,but she was born in the parking luck of university her teaching hospital.<br>Setting the context-she explained true story that agriculture was her favourite subjects in school Her mom remembered NDIDI squeailing for joy when she ran from school and saw green beans ready for harvesting when&nbsp; she sold a bag of avocados in a local market.She considered studied agriculture in school ,but instead she opted to study business.She started to&nbsp; incorporate with America ,but many people let them back to her first love:consulting,working with enterpreneurs and starting the business.A defining moment for&nbsp; her was in 2007 during the first world food crisis in her adult life.She recognized how connected you are.All price shorks let the serious price heights ,which affected bad prices all over the world and the most vulnerable were hurt.<br>2).While-listening:Fourteen years later,her impatience has been grown when ever more connected and food ecosystem was ever more broken.<br>According to the statistics ,people spent more than 1.1 trillion national expenditure on food.Actually,they spent 2.1 trillion on costs linked to health and climate all because we broke food ecosystem .There is the some statistics happen replicated all over the world.<br>In fact,according to the food ecosystem scientific group and food system is value destroying.There is a need for urgent tasks at least three lengthses :half length and equity length and a climate length.<br>Climate length:a).We must modify how we grow food,and collectively reduce food waste.<br>Listening for a gist(Scanning):a food ecosystem is the one of the largest contributed of the climate change(gromofood,landfields-&gt;generated mantain).<br>Climate length:b).We must ensure that healthy food is more&nbsp; affordable and accessible for the most vulnerable.<br>Listening for a gist(Skimming):<br>a).unhealthy diets are responsible for one infive deaths worldwide.<br>b).More than one-third of the world's population can not afford a healthy diet.<br>Listening for a gist(Scanning):<br>In Africa,people eat more than ten fibers than average America.In urban communities,we also have exciting and surprising like M-DOC who are struggling with blood pressure,cell phones to shift to have certain outcomes.<br>Climate length:c).We must support small and medium sized enterprises in our communities engaged in the food ecosystem.<br>3).Post-listening:she discussed some questions:<br>a).Who grew this food?<br>b).When was it grown?<br>c).How many steps and stops did it make before you got the table?<br>d).How much food waste was generated because of this meal?<br>She summarized that people should collect food ecosystem for future.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1).Pre-listening:she said "Thank you" for a big audience of people.She introduced herself -&gt;she said that she is a journalist .Her job is to talk for people all over the world.She explained why she wants to do with her life to connect her profession and what she learned.Her story began in Karaka&nbsp; where she grew up.She showed pictures for a big audience of people.From her young age,her parents have a very wide range of the world.Her father paid attention to Mariana to go to summer camp.She thought that she would visit summer camp in Miami,but she appeared in Orlando.She was very excited.She did not have social media at all.She could not look up any information.She tried to answer questions ,but people laughed at her.There is&nbsp; a big correlation to compare who they are.<br>2).While -listening:she explained how people tend to recognize ''Blind Spots" by embracing these traits and appreciating that others are special.<br>Listening for a gist(Skimming):she had decided to play violin quickly.she tried to perform the song ''Shakida'' who is the favourite artist .She introduced herself and she opened a dance club.That she was thinking to be different and to be special with special quote:''Being different was an advantage".<br>Listening for a specific information:<br>she remembered her first assignment to become a journalist .She counted her first election and she wants to do something different to work in Embarassy.<br>3).Post-listening:she summarized how she knew about her sister's car accident .She taught her how to define people with this prompt:"There are differences that really suck...do not let the define you!"<br><br></div>]]></description>
