The accident occurred on 5th of December around 3.00 pm at Tesco Super Market, Small heath.
When are Where it happened
I am a check-out operator at Tesco. I was working on the till as usual, and everything was running smoothly. Suddenly, I heard a loud scream from the 3rd aisle. As soon as I heard the scream I hurried toward the aisle, I was shocked as I saw one of my college, Emma, laying on the floor.
Description
Emma could not move her legs and could not get up. Although she could not speak properly for her pain, she managed to communicate to me that she slipped on the wet floor while she was looking for baby food. When she slipped out few boxes fell on her leg as a consequence her right leg harts badly.

By the time my college Susan and Ava also have came there.
I asked Eva to get first aider and I call ambulance from my mobile. I was with her until the paramedic has came. After a time, the ambulance came and took her to hospital. I gave them my contact number and address for emergency contact .

After 5 hours Emma called me, and told she is alright but need to take rest.
Solution:
In my opinion to avoid a similar accident in the future would be to use a Wet Floor sign if the floor is wet. Also, designate one or two people who can use the ladder or clean the floor, provide them with appropriate safety training.

This report aims to provide information about the current situation regarding sport facilities in birmingham and come up with possible situations for providing them. It is meant to inform decisions by the local council.

Birmingham has about ten lesiure centers, fifteen swimming pools and twenty basketball courts which are used by adults, teenagers and children. However, these facilities are not enough because birmingham is a large city which has a large population. In addition, we often cannot find a free place to register. Furthermore, we have seventeen football pitches which are used by young woman, men and children. This is not sufficient enough for a large population.

Teenagers needs their own places which will develop their physical skills and also their minds, so this is essential for them to have a suitable place. I suggest that more facilities are opened which will offer more activities such as tennis and badminton courts. Although there are a few facilities open right now, there are not properly maintained because they have poor equipments which is not comfortable for young people. Some of them are quite small and do not have changing rooms and enough toilets.

Therefore we need to create more sport facilities such as outdoor swimming pools with sauna and spacious lesiure centers which have great equipments. In addition small children don't have enough soft playgrouds in birmingham, so we will be grateful if more playgrounds are built. We also need football pitches which will be suitable for all age groups.

Have you ever participated in a charity event? This week we are organising a marvellous sponsored charity event-hike . This article is about the major event and how you could help. On the 6th October, we are going on a 35 kilometre hike on mount Snowdon.

Our journey will start at 7.30am in front of 7 tower, in Lutton road, and we plan on coming back at 7.00pm. During the day, we will have a half an hour break every 5 kilometres, so people can relax and have time for refreshments. While we are there, it might rain, therefore, you should bring a rain coat with a hood, and an umbrella. You might also need some sun cream for protection, in case the weather turns out to be sunny. In addition, we will not be providing food, so people will have to bring their own food, which has high energy such as snacks and drinks. Although we are planning on coming back on the same day, you should bring sleeping bags and first aid in case of an emergency.

Each year, we have raised money for many different charities, such as foundations for disabled people and for people who live with cancer and rare diseases. Therefore, this year we have decided to donate money the Mother Theresa hospices, so this money will cover their special needs, such as food, medicine and equipment which are crucial for them.

It will be generous if we could help them in their physical and emotional needs and also share their feelings. We would be delighted if you could if you could join us on the event, so that we can raise as much as possible to be able to create a great impact on our community.
