2.  E-cigarettes causes popcorn lungs, also known as bronchiolitis obliterans. This affects the community because some teens may believe it's "cool" to smoke these electronic cigarettes without worrying about the risks.
3. E- cigarettes should be restricted and regulated to only adults. Maybe provide more strict ID/age confirmation before a purchase, so these harmful things won't fall into the hands of teens.
