The situation develops when the muscle and connective tissues of the uterus and the surrounding walls of the vagina become weak leading to movement downward of these structures into the vaginus. It may involve the sensation of bulging mass or giveness in the pelvis accompanied with pressure, urinary symptoms, low back aches, and the sensation of mass displacing the vagina. In addition some may have dyspareunia or chronic constipation. Knowing these signs at the early stage offers their successful control and improvement of the quality of life.</p>]]></description>
