         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Repression </strong>involves placing uncomfortable thoughts in relatively inaccessible areas of the subconscious mind.<br>     -Taking thoughts you do not want to deal with and saving them for another time you think you will be able to deal with it or hoping the feeling will just fade away.<br>     -Examples</div><ul><li>A child who is abused or neglected by a parent and has no memories of being abused, but has trouble forming all types of relationships.</li><li>A woman who found tattoos painful but continues to keep getting them (and each time the level of pain is surprising.</li><li>An adult who has a phobia of water but cannot remember the first time they were afraid of it.</li></ul><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Projection</strong> is a form of defense in which unwanted feelings are displaced onto another person, where they then appear as a threat from the external world.<br>     - Example <br>A man who ha really bad anger issues and is anger at his wife tell his wife that she angry not him.<br><strong>Different types of Projection</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Neurotic projection</strong> is the most common variety of projection. People may attribute feelings, motives, or attitudes they find unacceptable in themselves to someone else.</li><li><strong>Complementary projection</strong> occurs when individuals assume others feel the same way they do. For example, if your family is really Catholic but you do not believe in a god and you family is consistently making you go to church.</li><li><strong>Complimentary projection </strong>is the assumption other people can do the same things as well as oneself.
