Not only has the way of thinking of the people changed, but also technology and the ways people act. In the US at the time of the Constitution being written, people had a more conservative way of thinking. Also, the American citizens were free, and were looking on how to govern the people. For the people of Angola, the situation is different. Their freedom was won in 1975, but no Constitution was made because of a civil war. This war lasted for 27 years, making it the countries main problem.
