I believe that the spark for acting came when I was at a pantomime when I was about 11 and a highly energetic character came running on the stage. They made everyone laugh and have a good time, thats when my older cousin tapped me on my shoulder and whispered in my ear that that could be me when I'm older. From then on I have been dedicated to perform on stage and on all different sets to make peoples days.

in this module I looked at the RSCs version of Romeo and Juliet and saw how they created a modern twist on the play, for example they wore more modern clothing and occasionally used modern day slang. As a performer I looked into how this affected the play and what impact it had on the audience. I discovered that it was more likely to be aimed at a younger audience. I know this because of the use of the slang and modern clothing.
