Tesla Weaknesses:
-       Tesla still must charge relatively high price for its vehicle- it has to maintain high margins.
-       Tesla can undercut most of the competition and make good margins, but its vehicles are still expensive.
-        Tesla economies of scale is great, but it means they have locked in the design of their vehicles- their models might look dated in the future compared to other cars.[1]
 
Tesla Opportunities:
-        Tesla has the opportunity to reduce the costs of its vehicle further such as project highland will allow them to reach more people.
