When I begin to feel stressed, there are typically two ways in which I deal with it. The first way is to exercise, whether that be strength training, boxing, or playing basketball. The second method I use is to disconnect from electronics and social media; in doing this, I also make sure to spend more time with my family and dogs.

In the video Lisa relives her stress by removing herself from the situation, and becoming active, meditating/deep breathing exercises, setting realistic and achievable goals, getting more/enough sleep, eating a healthy/balanced diet, being creative, being early, and having some leisure time everyday. Personally I don’t really deal with my stress (which I know is bad). The only thing for me to become unstressed is for me to finish the task at hand (so if that means staying up all night, I'll stay up all night; if that means crying through it, I’ll cry through it). The only thing that kinda helps is music, but even then it doesn’t really help. I just muscle through and pray that it will all workout in the end.

How I deal with stress is by working out. Doing my best to focus on myself is myself improvement of my body. The force of relaxation comes from being tired after accomplishing my goals. I take a break from technology and try to read a book to forget or loosen my stress that's in my head.

One way I deal with stress is by trying to see the importance of the situation. I ask my self if it will matter in 5 minutes, then 5 hours, 5 days, 5 weeks, 5 months, 5 years, and so on. This has helped me put my issues that I easily stress over into perspective, and has led to relatively lower stress.

I deal with stress by creating a physical list of things I need to do to get them out of my head.

I typically don’t handle stress well, which I know is the worst thing. Once I get pushed to a certain point I will take a step back and stop whatever task I’m doing and try to relax by watching a video or sitting and thinking to clear my head. After watching this video it has helped me see some other techniques I can use to help when I find myself in stressful situations. My struggle is I know there are several things I can do, it’s actually doing them before it goes too far.

I wish I handled stress better. A lot of the times I turn to bad habits when trying to cope with stress. I try and stay out of trouble, do what I need to do, but sometimes you just can't stop things from happening. Instead of dealing with stress on my own I should talk to a friend or someone close about it
