Recently, I chose the book El fill d'Astèrix by Albert Uderzo because I love mythology. Ancient stories and legends have always fascinated me, and I enjoy how they combine adventure, history, and culture. This book stood out to me because it adds a fun twist to mythology with humor, making it even more interesting.

The book I chose today is called Anne of Green Gables, it was written by Lucy Maud Montgomery at the beginning of the 20th century. It's the story of a young girl called Anne, of 11 years old, who was abandoned by her parents at birth and who will be transported from family to orphanage throughout her life because no one wants her since she is a redhead. Anne Shirley, an imaginative orphan, is mistakenly adopted by Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert in Green Gables. At first reluctant, they end up accepting it. Anne befriends Diana, discovers her love of literature, and enters into a rivalry with Gilbert Blythe, who teases her about her red hair. Her liveliness and imagination transformed life in Green Gables.

I chose this novel because it has enormous sentimental value in my eyes. I first discovered Anne's story in an adapted series on Netflix and I immediately wanted to buy the books to find out what happened next, because the series only retraces the first novel. I was really touched by this story of this young girl who was mistreated, who was harassed by just, a physical difference and I think that many people had to discover her story because it is a really very very touching story.

The book I chose is “LOL : Macaroni au fromage”. This is the first book in a series of 7 books. I was eleven and everytime I read it again, it makes me laugh like it was the first time. I like books that make you laugh and when you don't need to think a lot. I think this is a very good example. The author is Marilou Addison. She is a Quebec writer. The story is about two teenagers who have the same first and last names. When they start a new school year, they switch timetables. The funny thing is that the girl is very intelligent and is in a class for the most talented. The boy hates school and is in an adapted class. When they realise that they're in the wrong class, and that they share the same name, they try to find each other in a school where they don't know anyone.

The book I chose to present is The Cruel Prince by Holly Black, an American author known for her fantasy stories. The story follows Jude Duarte, a young human girl who, after her parents are killed, is taken with her sisters to the land of the faeries. There, Jude must prove her strength and fight for her place while facing Prince Cardan, who is both formidable and mysterious.

I chose this book because it blends adventure, mystery, and political intrigue. The main character is brave and inspiring. I recommend it to anyone who loves fantasy worlds and stories where characters need to be strong to succeed.

The author of the book is Shea Ernshaw.  It is a fantasy novel about Nora Walker, a witch from a mysterious lineage who finds Oliver Huntsman, a boy who went missing, alive in the haunted Wicker Woods. As they unravel the mystery of his disappearance, secrets about the woods and Nora’s family come to light, it has themes of magic, identity, and dark folklore. I like the book because it has folklore, witchcraft and mystery.

I choose a book named "the truth about the harry quebert affair", written by Joël Dicker (swiss writer).It’s the story of Harry Quebert, it’s an American written. One day, a body is found in Harry’s garden. He is arrested for the murder of Nola Kellergan, a fifteen-year-old girl who disappeared in 1975. As the story progresses, we discover that he had a relation with this girl.

The book I chose is called "Valinta" and it was written by Nicholas Sparks. The book tells the story of a veterinarian man who has a dog and woman who moves in with this man's neighbor with her dog. They get to know each other and they have conflicts because of their dogs. After all the ambiguities, things are resolved and there is also romance in the book. I chose this book because i like animals a lot and especially dogs, although i have never owned one. I also liked it because the flow of the book was interesting and varied.

But the princes and princesses of dreams are not what they seem. I chose the book because it is the last book I read. I wanted to read it because I had seen the movie the book was made of.

This book is ’Keskipäivän Haltija’ by Julia Frank. It’s about a young jewish woman named Helen who basically abandons her 7yo son to a trainstation when they tried to get safe from war to Berlin in 1945 and never returns. Helene’s life is screwed up and the book tells her story growing and going trough life. Also her sister plays a big role and her son had his part. I chose this book because i read it like months ago and I can’t stop thinking about it sometimes. It messed me up for weeks and it’s so well written and the storyline is so annoyingly amazing and conserns the good and bad moments of life.

In general I prefer to read comedies or detective novels but here I chose a theatre play called "Le Menteur". It is written by Pierre Corneille (1606-1684), a 17th century French playwright and poet. I choose a book named Twilight Epäilys by Stephenie Meyer. The book is about a vampire family and girl and they fall in love to each other but the girl didn't know that the other one was a vampire. Girls long time friend was a werewolf and the girl didn't know that either. Vampires and werewolves hate each other but they have to pretend that they don't hate each other that the girl wont know that they are not humans. I choose this book because I like the story of it and its fantasy. I also like the movies a lot so this book is good too.

This is my favorite book, and I love it so much that I reread it almost every month. Each time, I find new details that make me think about life and relationships differently. This book never fails to move me and remains close to my heart.

I'm usually really energetic, talkative and most importantly myself around the people I'm comfortable with unlike when I'm alone I tend to be more quiet and a lil anxious if I'm in a public settings.

For hobbies I go to an art school called Oiva. I love arts, music, dancing, singing and goofing around with or without friends. In my freetime I do school work (if I have any), hang out with people or do something creative for example draw. I also LOVE going to the youth nights we have at free church. The people and the community is just amazing there.

I read Stephen Kings The Shining. This book is about a five year old boy Danny who is said to be a 'shiner', aglow with psychic voltage. His father gets a job in a hotel called Overlook Hotel and Danny's visions grow out of control. As the winter closes in and the blizzards cut them off, the empty hotel seems to develop a life of its own. Masked quests riding in the elevator and a lady in Room 217. There is an evil force somewhere in the hotel and that, too, is begining to shine. I chose this book mainly because Stephen had a dream in the hotel it's filmed in and wrote the book based on that.

I like playing videogames, collecting and customizing dolls. I also sew and do other kinds of crafts, sometimes i like to draw. If i have time i spend time with friends after school. I talk and goof around with my friends a lot. But with new people and strangers im usually a bit more quiet at first.

The book i choose is callen "Noidan käsikirja" (The witch's handbook).Its written by Eric Maple, Eliot Humberstone and Lynn Ashman. It isnt an actual story or a "guide" for a witch, it actually has short "horror" stories and explains stuff like vampires and ghosts, and how people used to deal with ones they belived were vampires. The reason i chose this book is because when i was younger i loved this book and i have read throught it many times. I still remember some of the short stories in it. Like one about a boy who belived he got turned into a wolf and started attacking and eating people. And after being caught and taken away, he would still act like an animal and ate raw meat whenever he could. The end of that short story said that he started to calm down, and wasnt attacking anyone anymore, but still belived he was a werewolf.

My name is Sofia and I am a 15 year old girl from Finland. I have medium length brown hair and green eyes. I am about 158-160 cm tall. I am very social person so it is easy to get along with me. I am nice, friendly, creative and energetic. I play football and sometimes read on my free time and yes of course I hang out a lot with my friends when I have time. I live with my mother, father and my older sister since my other sister and older brother have already moved on their own. We dont have pets, but I love cats. Also my favorite color is red!

The books name is Ihme (miracle). The author is R.J. Palacio. The book is about a boy who is born with a different face. I chose the book because the message in it is very important.
