Even though my Mentor Marie Koh forgot to invite my mum to attend Christmas service On 25 December 21 (Sunday) I’m only a Christian in my family God guide and give me words to speak to my mum throughout the conversation. On 25 Dec (Sun) God gave me doors of opportunity to share with my mum while I and her watch Channel 8 News evening my mum start a conversation she share with me her friend from catholic school believe and ask me what’s the difference about Christianity. My mum ask me why do Christian celebrate Christmas I share with her to remember the birth of Jesus Christ.
I share with her Christian believe 
salvation comes from God as a gift, not from ourselves as the result of works or good things that we have done.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:8-9‬ ‭NIV‬‬
When we have personal relationships with God we have direct access to God when we pray. End of the conversation my mum was silent did not respond to my conversation. I will still press on keep praying for my mum.

Thankful to be able to hear a secondary school friend’s fiancé accepting Christ this year even though my friend wanted to stepped into marriage first without him accepting Christ.=)

Thankful for the sudden job opportunity “dropped down like a present” in Nov from the sky which could never happen on normal terms.

Thankful for our geographical location that we are sheltered against any natural disasters (typhoons & floods esp in this season),a reminder that we are indeed blessed and we need to reminded to bless others if we can.

Thankful for the opportunity this holidays to meet up with friends,family in some way or another, something that a reminder to self that I should not take it for granted especially COVID’s unpredictability

I have had three surgeries for cancer, underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and then had a fall in December resulting in a fractured shoulder and three small fractures in the pelvic area!  You can imagine how hard it was to stay calm and faithful and continue to trust in God.  I thank God for His many reassuring reminders through His Word, the pulpit and many GMC prayer warriors encouraging me with messages of God’s love, mercy and grace. Besides Jesus, my best Christmas present was the news on 21 December that there is no more tumour in my body! Hallelujah, praise the LORD!

My mental and physical health was badly affected as a result. But God has been good and showered me and my family with an abundance of love every day and responded to my prayers with gentleness and patience.

My journey from participating in my first church camp to baptism in 2019 just before the pandemic is really a story that is nothing short of a miracle. Thank God for the most precious gift of Jesus “最珍贵的礼物”, Jesus has saved me and I want to give my life to help save others too.

I want to thank God for online services and various resources online including songs and prayer sessions on YouTube that kept me going these 2 years. 

Thank God for His protection this entire school holiday. Every morning, the skies would clear up and the traffic would flow smoothly miraculously, allowing me to bring my kids out for scooting and cycling. I would still be able to get home and complete my work everyday. I have never experienced such peace and joy in my life.

Jehovah God has been our Ebenezer that He brought us this far, and will take us further from here. All praise and glory be to God.

I was blessed with my first granddaughter in April this year. She is a happy and healthy baby. Thank GOD that her maternal grandma was willing to give up her job to help look after her. I was worried about the Covid-19 situation bit GOD has protected both mum n baby. For me work has been challenging in school and I give thanks to GOD for guiding me and sending good leaders to my school. My supervisor is very understanding and is also a Christian who believes that in our work, we are also reaching out to families in need and to do the Lord's work. I decided to get baptised during Easter this year and am glad that I have gone through the baptism lessons and finally got baptised on 12 Dec 21.

Thank God for His protection over my family. Thank God for making it possible for our eldest son, Ivan to get married to his beautiful wife, Rebecca on 1st May this year. Above all, thank God for His grace and faithfulness in providing so many new ministry opportunities to reach audiences which I have not had previously but was possible via the online social platforms. Thank God too for blessing me with people who have taught me new skills to use modern technology. God is good to me and my family! All glory be to His name!
