Next time I will assign different types of pollution to each student. We will avoid the repetition of the same type of pollution.

In Preschool it is a method often used in an unconscious way, therefore not organized in every part. Actually in every eTwinning project we work like this, if we think about it. I often find myself changing the starting idea because it's the children who suggest others! I like that they are protagonists and can change the tables a bit! They love working in team, to follow the phases of the work, step by step, and reorder them at the end of the work: how many steps we did! what a beautiful work we did together!

I use to work with students envolving them in a project. They are usually motivated, even more because they can built something with their partners abroad. Anyway, once I had 3 students that didn't want at all to work like this. They said they didn't want to know other people or work with them, they prefered filling blanks activities and exams... I remember this like something very strange in my life.

In PBL teachers make learning come alive for students.

Last year my 15-year-old students worked on a project for an extended period of time (three months) that engaged them in solving real-world problems and answering complex questions. I love using project-based learning as it is easy to apply in the classroom. The project doesn't need to be very long. It is easy to divide students in groups and they are willing to work inn a different way. I discovered Bloom's balls which are originally used to describe the books students read, but I use it to cover different topics. Students can decide themselves what information they want to put there. It is important to guide students and not to make them stick to the information the teacher wants in the project.

In my school we like to orgamise workshops outside the school. We go to parks and there we work on specific subjects that can range from botanic to architecture, drawing, orienteering. I used project-based learning. Difficulties arise when everything does not go according to plan: students do not follow the given deadlines, they are not interested or some research tasks are too difficult. I would recommend to my colleagues that when planning the project, leave enough time in the curriculum for the implementation of project activities, because this can often be a problem - the lack of time for the implementation of project activities.

I like to use Service Learning with my secondary students. It is an educational approach where a student learns theories in the classroom and at the same time volunteers, in my case, with pre-school pupils.
This year, by using a unit related to Literature, my 8th grade students will write stories for children and illustrate them. Then they will tell these stories to pre-school pupils.
It's not the first time we do this in my school with different topics: seasons and the weather, numbers, traditional foods, etc.

The project-based learning method is the one I use mostly. But I think at first we have to be carefull with the teams of the students. The dynamic of the team has to be good. Also it would be a failure to do a theme that they don't like. Even if we like it ! So we have to choose the theme of the project with our students depending on their interests and needs. Actually in Greece with the "skill-labs"( a new entry in the curriculum ), this is not always easy. We have to do projects from a certain list which is not always what we would like to do. This is a personal opinion.

1. Students have to be introduced into this method in a proper way, so that they don't feel that the work is done only by them.
2. The same goes with the parents. They have to be shown/told, that it is not "Doing all the work the teachers should do at school", but enabling the students to acquire knowledge at their own pae with how much time they want or need

I totally agree with the colleagues' opinions above. The method is great considered from Teachers' point of view. Parents more often than not do not understand the use of it and blame on teachers for not working properly. But once the students (who know what to take from school!) get the idea right, they prefer working like this, as typically, there are no many lessons for exercising. And Flipped classroom "frees" time exactly for this.

I use the books "Project" to teach my students, and after every unit, there is usually a task for them to do on a specific topic, for example "Heroes from my country". Most of them come with tasks done but just copied from Wikipedia, and some of them don´t have access to internet to do the task, so these are the flaws.

I found that some students did not watch the video at home so they could not participate in the teamwork in class. I tried to solve it next time by giving the students some questions to answer by watching the video but this did not work either because they said that they did not understand the content.

So, in my opinion, not all student groups can work with this methodology and need to be prepared for a successful outcome.

Project based learning let students be the main protagonists of their own learning path. By seeking an answer to a question, they research, construct their knowledge and produce a common final product of their own which they share with others.
I love this way of teaching and learning. As students work in groups, it gives teachers the chance to assign them roles. I have not done it every time we have used this pedagogical approach. I should try my best as I have seen myself that making them clear what they have to do helps them to better understand their need to participate and commitment.

Last year, I used the project-based learning method. It was a project about Sustainable Development Goals. The students choose the goals they wanted to study. They chose the country they wanted to represent, they were given the guiding questions, searched the information on the Internet, presented the information, discussed and then wrote a problem-solving essay. The method gave them the chance to enrich their knowledge and vocabulary, but they had a tendency to copy-paste the information instead of paraphrasing it. I found similar sentences in several essays. So, next time when I'm going to use it, I will mention this aspect.

Project-based learnig is the most useful method according to me. It contains a lot of pedagogical methods. You can use learnig by doing method which gives us the highest result. eTwinning projects give us the chance to teach in a interactive way and give the kids more knowledge than everyday simple lessons. The kids have the opportunity to develope their creative thinking, creativity, working ot teams, communication skills, collaboration. Project -based learning gives the opportunity to work with kids on the one hand and with the parents on the other. Kids are always ready to do some new activitues but the parents - no. So the risk is when you give a task to the parents (to do something with their kids together and to bring it to the kindergarten) - to receive nothing.

The project based method almost always works very well, the students get excited, results are fantastic. However there were a couple of times that the same issue occured: students didn't want to collaborate, they prefered to do all the work on their own. They said they didnt comunicate well, they couldnt schedule well and as a result the team broke down. I try to take extra care of the issue every time i assign a project so as to make sure the members of the teams will have the chance to cooperate giving them choises and extra time if needed.

In a flipped classroom, every student can learn at his own pace. Learning becomes personalized for each student. Students have the opportunity to watch a course or as many times as they need, to rewind if necessary or to skip parts if they want, or even they can simply "pause" their teacher. My favourite pedagogical approach is the Project-based learning because it promotes teamwork and collaboration among students. The Inquiry-based approach is also good because it helps students pay more attention and get deeper interested in a topic, since they are seeking answers to their questions by themselves. The Flipped-classroom approach on the other hand can sometimes be problematic because it requires more work for teachers (for creating flipped learning material) and students are not always willing to work out of class, at home.

I have tried the fipped classroom several times, but it's something my student's aren't very familiar with, since I'm the only teacher who's tried it with them and evidently, so far it has only worked with motivated groups of students who are used to working outside the classroom and not with those who don't even do their homework.

Flipped-classroom didn't work every time as I planned, because the engagement of my students at home wasn't as panned. Next time I'll do some digital board where students have to put their findings more often, every day or two days or so.

This method is very useful in kindergarten class.

For eTwinning projects I used this method.Students are creative and they love working in groups -the problem is that not all the members collaborate equally.We need to give them clear roles and instructions and check their work from time to time to see their problems, what works in a bad manner in their group.

flipped classroom may be innovative and can actually encourage student's autonomy. However, steudents should be "trained" as to what is exprected from them. We also need to find ways to "commit" them to work when at home. As a result, it takes time to introduce flipped classroom routine to school.

I have been using project-based learning since 2015 when I first started working etwinning projects. It always gave me the opportunity to analyse topics that coursebooks don't have -such as healthy eating and the environment- as well as assign tasks to students according to their skills and likes. However, the lack of time, the continuous "running" to finish the schedule on time and not to delay (taking into consideration other factors like not having a lesson due to school trips) is a major problem.

Some years ago, I was asked to use Project-based learning in the classroom. It was chaotic because students didn’t understand what they had to do in their final products as they were used to working with a book and taking exams. Also, we dealt with little grammar and vocabulary and, as a consequence, their final products were simply copies from each other, let alone, the net.
I found it stressful too in the sense that there were too many materials to do as planned, and some were basic while others took longer to carry out.
However, I enjoyed working with Project-based learning in the end as there were some worth-doing units.

I often use 'project-based learning' because there many ways, opportunities to reach the goals with students. Sometimes it doesn't work as I plan due to some simple reasons - IT devices don't work properly, there is no internet connection etc... That's why it is important to have always some PLAN B or even C :-)

Regardless of the pedagogical approach, the students should be the builders of their own knowledge. Unfortunately, it is not always easy to place the student at the center of the learning process. National curriculum has to be achieved... Sometimes more guided, sometimes less, but I try my best for students to be autonomous and creative as much as possible. I have developed several projects departing from storyboards and it worked quite well. It would be great to put into practise all the pedagogical approaches. I mostly use Inquiry-based learning in my classes.

I think that for every method to be successful two thing are always required:
a) choosing the method according to the students' profile (and subject to be addressed)
b) keep it well planned and orginized foreahead to minimize serious problems during implementation.
In addition, monitoring the implementation and making necessary adjustments throughout the carrying out of the project always guarantee better outcomes.

The flipped classroom is also a very productive method. I often use this method in the following way: I divide the students in the class into teams, which have to independently study a certain sector of a subject, after which one of them is delegated to teach the subject to the other colleagues from other teams. One of the most successful practice of flipped classroom method when we begin a new unit/ topic. I ask advanced students to be ready to explain the topic to classmates. My role is to add and help if they need. Pupils feel free to ask their peers. Of course, sometimes it becomes an obstacle. Once it didn't work - pupil was absent and the team trusted on one person. It was an example of bad team work.

In traditional learning, lower level of learning such as remembering and understanding is happening in class, while students are usually left to work on activities that involve higher level of learning outside of classroom.
However, in the flipped classroom model, learning is flipped. students can finish the lower level of cognitive work before class (creating, evaluating,analyzing). And when they come to class, they can engage in higher cognitive levels of learning with peers and teacher present.
