One example of working hard to achieve a goal is going on a diet. You have to resist the urge to eat pizza, and get a Caesar salad instead. One example of giving up a bad habit is not fighting with your sibling. Getting a good education is achieved by paying attention in school, and getting good grades so that you can have a good career and a good life.
