Het maken van de leerstijlentest van Kolb kan je hiermee inzicht geven.
De student vult een vragenlijst in en aan de hand van de antwoorden wordt vervolgens duidelijk hoe de student in kwestie het liefst en beste leert. Hierbij kun je de begeleiding geven aan de student die het beste bij hem/ haar past.

Opdracht:
Maak via DEZE LINK zelf de leerstijlentest van Kolb om te weten te komen welke leerstijl jouw voorkeur heeft.
In het onderstaande schema zie je een overzicht van de verschillende leerstijlen met uitleg.

Bespreek en vergelijk je uitkomsten met een medestudenten. Hoe zou de begeleiding in de praktijk verlopen met de verschillen in leerstijlen.

Beantwoord nadien individueel deze vragen:
1. Herken je jezelf in de leerstijl die uit de test is gekomen?
2. Waarom is het belangrijk om te weten welke leerstijl je student heeft?
3. Waarom is het belangrijk de student ook te motiveren gebruik te maken van de 3 andere leerstijlen?
4. Waarom is het belangrijk om bewust te zijn van je eigen leerstijl in de begeleiding van een student?

Hij koppelt hiermee leergedrag aan motivatie.

Via onderstaande website zie je een overzicht van de verschillende leerstijlen met uitleg. 

Bespreek en vergelijk je uitkomsten met een medestudenten. Hoe zou de begeleiding in de praktijk verlopen met de verschillen in leerstijlen.
