צומת עם מעבר חצייה. דוגמה טובה היא רחוב רוגוזין ברובע א שבו כבר מזמן הקימו מעברי חצייה במקומות שאינם צמתים. מה שעשו ברוגוזין עם מעברי החצייה צריך לעשות גם במקומות נוספים בעיר, כמו ברחוב חיים משה שפירא בקושי וכמעט ולא רואים אותם. מוניות השירות הן תחבורה ציבורית משלימה לתחבורה של האוטובוסים. מכיוון שלא ניתן לשלם אצלן (במוניות שירות) על הנסיעה עם "רב קו", אז רוב הנוסעים לא עולים עליהן ולכן התדירות של (הקריה-סיטי) שזה כל האזור של העירייה והקניונים, מגדלי K ? מה, אין שם אנשים שצריכים קצת טבע באותם מקומות הומי מסחר ותעשייה ? הפארק היחיד שקרוב למע"ר הוא מעבר לכביש, ליד אזור המגורים של הסיטי - רחובות העצמאות והציונות. במקום לבנות עוד ועוד בנייני משרדים במע"ר, היה צריך להשאיר שטח עבור גן ציבורי גדול בלב המע"ר, ושם התושבים יוכלו לשבת ולהירגע אחרי כל הקניות והסידורים. צריך שגם יהיו שם מתקני משחק, וכך הילדים יוכלו לשחק שם בזמן שהוריהם עושים סידורים וקניות במע"ר. אותו דבר לגבי אזורי התעשייה, צריך שיהיו שם פארקים לטובת מי שעובד שם או מגיע לשם, וכך העובדים יוכלו להגיע לפארק בזמן ההפסקה שלהם מהעבודה
